Job summary
We are looking for a friendly IT Support Executive (Fresher) to join our team in Surat.
In this role, you will help our international clients, solve basic technical issues, and explain how our Shopify apps and web products work, while working closely with our development team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Resolve basic technical issues involving HTML, CSS, Shopify themes, and apps.
- Receive, track, and manage customer support inquiries across email, live chat, ticketing systems, and live video meetings.
- Reproduce bugs, troubleshoot client issues, and coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and custom enhancements.
- Communicate fluently and professionally with international clients (written and verbal English).
- Conduct live product demos and explain app features to clients clearly.
- Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolution and updates.
- Gather customer feedback and requirements for new feature developments.
- Work closely with support and development teams to maintain smooth support workflows.
- Actively learn new web technologies, Shopify ecosystem updates, and internal product features.
- Prioritize multiple incoming customer tickets with attention to detail and patience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or related fields (e.g., BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech/BE, MCA).
- Experience: 0 to 6 months in technical support, customer care, or IT helpdesk roles.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Shopify ecosystem (apps and themes), HTML, CSS, and basic web troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Fluent written and spoken English suitable for international business client interactions.
