Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to build iFAST Pay's brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, product adoption and transaction usage.

• Manage iFAST Pay's digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website content, digital advertising and other online communication channels.

• Develop creative and engaging content, including social media posts, short videos, promotional materials and digital campaigns to promote iFAST Pay's products and services.

• Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant channels to maximise marketing effectiveness.

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns, rewards programmes and customer engagement initiatives to encourage account activation, card usage and repeat transactions.

• Work closely with FSMOne Marketing, Product Development, Business Development and Operations teams to ensure effective marketing execution and a consistent customer experience.

• Monitor marketing campaign performance, customer acquisition, activation and engagement metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor emerging trends in fintech, digital payments and consumer behaviour to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Coordinate with external creative agencies, digital marketing partners, content creators and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and materials.

• Ensure all marketing communications and promotional activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies and brand guidelines.

• Support product launches, events, partnerships and other brand-building initiatives to strengthen iFAST Pay's market presence.

Undertake other marketing-related assignments and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.

• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management or marketing campaign execution.

• Experience in managing social media platforms, digital advertising and content creation.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.

• Creative, resourceful and able to develop engaging marketing ideas that appeal to different customer segments.

• Good communication, writing and coordination skills, with the ability to work across different teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

• Self-motivated, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, digital payments or consumer-focused products would be an added advantage.

• Basic video editing, graphic design or content creation skills would be an added advantage.
