Oversees all unit fulfilment streams, including inbound, outbound (incorporating click and collect and home delivery), and supply & flow planning, ensuring seamless coordination, consistent quality, and a unified customer experience across every touchpoint.

Secures operational excellence within fulfilment operations by prioritising retail foundation, services execution, quality, and productivity improvements as well as cost optimisation, in line with the Country Business Plan and Commercial Direction.

A university degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience and proven performance in logistics, commercial, or supply chain management.

Three to five years of working experience in a management position, preferably within distribution, retail, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.

A proven ability to inspire and engage others, with a demonstrated record of strategic leadership in a changing and complex environment.

Confident and clear communication skills, with experience working through others, setting priorities, delegating responsibility, and providing open and honest feedback.

- Contract type: Permanent, full time 76 hours per/fortnight.
- Role location: Role is based at IKEA Tempe, Sydney, Australia.
- As our store operates seven days a week, you must be available to work a rotating roster that includes a mix of day and evening shifts, with the latest shift finishing at approximately 21:30. As part of this role, you will also be required to act as Duty Manager when rostered. Availability to work one in every three weekends, including both Saturdays and Sundays, is essential.
- As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates. If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a National Police Check.
