WE ARE HIRING | HR MANAGER
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Head Office)
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and people-oriented HR Manager with a strong background in the Hospitality / Hotel Industry to lead and manage our Human Resources operations at our Head Office in Hebbal, Bangalore.
Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry ONLY are requested to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave management and employee records.
- Implement HR policies, procedures and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle payroll coordination, salary structures and employee documentation.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate joining formalities, exit processes and full & final settlements.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and address HR-related concerns.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Management within the Hospitality / Hotel Industry.
- Prior experience handling HR operations independently.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR policies and labour law compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and management.
