- Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, and order closure
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams
- Ensure smooth order processing and project execution support
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of:
- Customer visits
- Leads and inquiries
- Sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales reports
- Maintain proper customer database and sales records
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Provide feedback to management for business improvement
6. Customer Support
- Support customers during project discussion and execution stage
- Coordinate with service team for customer satisfaction
