Your future responsibilities:
Du baust eine leistungsfähige interne Support- und Steuerungsorganisation für unseren nationalen und internationalen Vertrieb sowie das Produktmanagement auf. Dabei schaffst Du klare Prozesse, eindeutige Verantwortlichkeiten und verlässliche Schnittstellen ins Unternehmen.
Deine Aufgabe ist es, die marktgerichteten Bereiche von vermeidbaren administrativen und koordinierenden Aufwänden zu entlasten und dafür zu sorgen, dass Planung, Daten, Prozesse und interne Zusammenarbeit das weitere Wachstum von implantcast wirksam unterstützen.
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Commercial Operations
- Führung und Entwicklung der zugeordneten Teams
- Bündelung und Standardisierung vertriebs- und produktmanagementnaher Supportprozesse
- Verantwortung für einen stabilen, rollierenden Vertriebsforecast-Prozess
- Klärung und Optimierung der Schnittstellen zwischen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Finance, Produktion, Logistik, PPS und Regulatory Affairs
- Standardisierung von Angebots-, Auftrags-, Kunden-, Distributor- und Supportprozessen
- Aufbau transparenter Steuerungs- und interner Service-Level-Logiken
- Verbesserung von CRM-, Stamm-, Forecast- und Planungsdaten
- Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Kennzahlen als Basis zur Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung
- Systematische Analyse und Optimierung von Reibungsverlusten, Doppelarbeiten und Prozessbrüchen
- Begleitung von Veränderungs-, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsvorhaben
- Erstellung belastbarer Entscheidungsgrundlagen für den CMO und die Geschäftsführung
What you bring to the role:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Prozessmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Gutes Verständnis internationaler Vertriebsstrukturen und kommerzieller End-to-End-Prozesse
- Erfahrung mit Forecast-, CRM-, KPI- und Planungsprozessen
