Your future responsibilities:

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams Biological Affairs

Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Qualität biologischer Bewertungen von Medizinprodukten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen

Bewertung biologischer Risiken und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
-
Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Standards im Bereich Biological Affairs sowie fachliche Beratung interner und externer Schnittstellen

Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei Audits, Inspektionen und Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren
What you bring to the role:

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftlich-technisches Hochschulstudium, z. B. Biochemie, Toxikologie, Pharmazie, Biologie, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Biological Affairs, Biokompatibilität, Toxikologie, Pharmazie oder Regulatory Affairs oder in der Entwicklung und Zulassung von Medizinprodukten (RL 93/42/EWG, MDR (EU) 2017/745, FDA)
-
Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen und Normen, insbesondere MDR und ISO 10993
-
Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden, Projekten oder interdisziplinären Teams sowie im Umgang mit Audits und regulatorischen Verfahren

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationskompetenz sowie eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Verantwortungs- und Ergebnisorientierung
