Your future responsibilities:
- Erstellen und Pflegen von elektronischen Fallakten
- Erfassung und Übertragung der Quelldaten eines Falles in die Vigilanz-Datenbank
- Mithilfe bei der termingerechten Erfüllung der behördlichen Meldeverpflichtungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Verwaltung der Explantate und Instrumente in der Vigilanz
- Mithilfe bei der Durchführung von weltweiten Sicherheitskorrekturmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Vigilanz Manager bei der Fallbearbeitung, insb. durch Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Untersuchungsberichten (z. B. Bereitstellung von Fotos, Vorbefüllung von Templates)
What you bring to the role:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise in einem medizinisch-technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise in der Medizinprodukte-, oder Gesundheitsbranche
- Solide MS-Office- sowie sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort/Schrift)
- Teamfähigkeit sowie gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
