- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer and/or front-end engineer.
- Hands-on experience with React and back-end development, including Java services and APIs.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Comfort working under deadlines and adapting as project requirements evolve.
- Strong verbal and written communication with team members and clients.
- Collaborative mindset—willing to voice opinions and suggest improvements respectfully.
