Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Payable Receivable cum Analyst to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience to grow and develop in the accounting and finance field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record accounts payable transaction accurately and timely.
- Assist in reviewing invoice, purchase orders, and supporting documents for payment processing.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support monthly financial reporting and analysis as required.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in accounting is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
