We are hiring for a Business Analyst – Insurance Domain role.

Overview:
The Business Analyst is the critical bridge between the client's insurance operations and our product's technical implementation. They are responsible for conducting deep-dive discovery workshops to map out the client's exact P&C Insurance processes and translating those into precise Business and technical requirements for our Agentic AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead detailed discovery sessions with USA Insurance broker/MGA organization's teams to document granular workflows for processes such as quote generation, policy comparison, proposal generation.
- Document specific business processes and business logic for workflows such as policy checking (comparing carrier policies against internal quotes or expiring policies), Quote Generation.
- Define the rules for "Human-in-the-Loop" exception handling — determining exactly when our Agentic AI should pause and route a complex P&C decision to a human operator via the product dashboard.
- Create exhaustive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation and lead testing sessions with the client to validate business logic.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Account Manager or Operations Specialist within the USA P&C Insurance industry (Brokerage, MGA or Carrier).
- Detailed operational understanding of P&C workflows: policy checking, quote generation, document management.
- Knowledge and experience of wireframe creation tools such as Figma and business process creation tools such as draw.io.
- Ability to act as a "translator" between non-technical insurance professionals and highly technical machine learning/deployment engineers.
Nice to Have
- Practical knowledge of major Agency Management Systems such as: Applied Epic, AMS360, or HawkSoft.
- Ability to map data fields comprehensively between standard insurance forms (ACORD, ISO, NAIC) and the client's specific AMS databases (e.g. Applied Epic schemas, AMS360 data structures).
