**Role Summary:**
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to develop, customize, and support customer engagement and loyalty solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain solutions on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud. * Configure loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, and customer journeys. * Build Marketing Cloud assets including Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, and Email Templates. * Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs. * Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. * Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. * Follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Agile methodologies.
**Required Skills:**
* 4–7 years of Salesforce development experience. * Strong hands\-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud. * Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. * Experience with integrations, data migration, and CI/CD processes. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. * Marketing Cloud certification. * Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
