Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting out, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, grow, and make a lasting impact on industries that power the world’s most dynamic markets.</p> </div></div><p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Salary Range: </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">CAD 100,000 - 112,000</span></span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Reports To:</span></span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"> Senior Manager Supply Chain</span></span></p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Maintain control and accuracy over all inventories (raw material, WIP, finished goods), including material transactions, warehouse operations, and receiving activities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate with the&nbsp;Purchasing/Supply Chain and Planning&nbsp;to ensure all components and materials are delivered to support the production process.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, storage, and delivery to point of use to ensure efficient and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;material flow.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Establish and implement methods and best practices related to inventory control, material flow, and warehouse processes.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Support production scheduling activities&nbsp;by monitoring material availability, tracking production progress, and&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;potential constraints.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate with the&nbsp;Purchasing Manager&nbsp;and Quality Manager to implement, and manage systems to evaluate,&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;and&nbsp;report on&nbsp;supplier scorecard performance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate with the&nbsp;MRB Manager,&nbsp;Purchasing&nbsp;Manager,&nbsp;and Quality Manager to resolve vendor return material authorizations in a manner which supports the production schedule.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing, in conjunction with Finance, an inventory control system, capable of&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against future inconsistencies.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Participate as a member of the operations team in making cross-functional operational decisions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;and aligning company policies that adhere to local,&nbsp;state&nbsp;and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>The candidate will be expected to perform additional&nbsp;duties as assigned to support the team and organization.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management,&nbsp;logistics,&nbsp;business&nbsp;or&nbsp;related&nbsp;discipline&nbsp;and/or 5+&nbsp;years’ experience&nbsp;inventory, warehouse, supply chain management&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience designing,&nbsp;implementing&nbsp;and managing lean warehouse and material replenishment systems (i.e., kanban setups)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a hands-on leader who can effectively direct daily warehouse and material flow activities while building team engagement and accountability.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience working with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and materials planning (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor Syteline experience is a huge plus)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Certifications optional but beneficial: APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work in and with an ERP/MRP system&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills for inventory management, material tracking, and operational performance&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes and timelines&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrated problem solving, quantitative analysis, and analytical abilities&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proactive communicator who can clearly articulate business results and department needs&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong leader with a proactive, positive attitude, and&nbsp;a strong sense&nbsp;of self-motivations, accountability, and responsibility&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Why Join IEM</strong></p> <p>At IEM, you’ll join a team that powers some of the world’s most ambitious projects.
