Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage and control the entire project life cycle for the respective technology platform
- Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks
- Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies
- Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to ensure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality
- Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement
- Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject
- At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor business - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
- Experience in project management
- Preferably a project management certification like IPMA or PMPA
- Good sense for intercultural differences
- Excellent English communication skills – with German being a plus
