We're looking for a technically skilled Funnel Builder who can bring these systems to life.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building, integrating, testing, and launching marketing funnels for our clients.
We already have an established process for how our funnels work. Your job is to take that process, combined with your experience, and follow our instructions to build out fully functional funnels.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a project management or client account management role.
You'll work with WordPress Elementor, Zapier, AI tools, and other marketing platforms to build complete client-acquisition systems.
We want someone who is technically resourceful, detail-oriented, comfortable working with AI, and capable of solving problems independently.
What You'll Be Doing
Landing Pages & Funnel Development
- Build and customize landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
- Implement responsive designs that work across desktop and mobile.
- Create lead capture forms, qualification forms, and conversion-focused page layouts.
- Build and connect thank-you pages, lead magnet delivery pages, and booking flows.
- Work with existing templates and established processes to launch funnels efficiently.
- Make HTML, CSS, and JavaScript adjustments when needed.
Automation & Integrations
- Build and maintain Zapier automations connecting forms, CRMs, and other marketing tools.
- Configure lead routing, form submissions, notifications, and automated workflows.
- Troubleshoot broken connections, failed automations, and data transfer issues.
- Ensure information moves accurately between different platforms.
- Work with GoHighLevel and other CRM platforms when required.
AI-Powered Development
- Use AI tools such as Manus and Claude to accelerate funnel development.
- Build supporting funnel assets, lead magnets, and pages using AI-assisted tools.
- Refine AI-generated outputs to ensure they are functional, accurate, and professional.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive development tasks.
- Learn new AI tools quickly and incorporate them into our established workflows.
Testing, Quality Control & Launches
- Test complete funnels from the initial landing page through form submission, automation, and final conversion.
- Confirm that leads are captured, qualified, routed, and tracked correctly.
- Troubleshoot technical problems across WordPress, Zapier, and other platforms.
- Document completed work and provide clear progress updates to the team.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building WordPress websites, landing pages, or marketing funnels.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
- Practical experience building automations and integrations with Zapier.
- Comfortable working with forms, conditional logic, and CRM integrations.
- Experience using AI tools to build websites, generate assets, or improve technical workflows.
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical problems independently.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to follow established processes while identifying ways to improve them.
- Comfortable managing multiple funnel builds and communicating progress through tools like ClickUp and Slack.
Bonus Points
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Experience with Manus or other AI website-building platforms.
- Experience with WPForms and webhook integrations.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, and UTM tracking.
- Experience with WordPress hosting, domains, DNS, and Cloudflare.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and direct-response marketing.

- Your AI experience is limited to asking ChatGPT basic questions.
- You need constant supervision to complete clearly defined tasks.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems, and using modern tools to get high-quality work done efficiently.
Pay: R25 000,00 - R32 000,00 per month
