Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Trainer to empower aspiring developers with comprehensive knowledge of web development and software engineering. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive full stack development courses covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, Python, C++, R, and other relevant technologies
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate real-world projects and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes
- Conduct online instruction sessions using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms
- Provide personalized tutoring and technical guidance to students working on web development projects
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and project evaluations; offer constructive feedback to foster growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends in software development, web technologies, and learning technology tools
- Collaborate with educational teams to improve curriculum content and instructional strategies for adult education settings
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development with proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Java, Python, C++, R, HTML, CSS, React, React Express, Node.js
- Strong background in teaching or tutoring within higher education or adult learning environments
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or equivalent online instruction platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop lesson plans tailored for diverse learners with varying technical backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students from different backgrounds
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and experience in teaching information technology topics
- Technical proficiency in web development frameworks and tools used for classroom instruction and technical training
