Im Zuge unseres weiteren Wachstums suchen wir aktuell eine:n IFS Finance Consultant, der/die unser Team verstärkt und mit uns gemeinsam neue Herausforderungen gestaltet.

Job requirements

Ihre P****flichten:

• Eigenständige Durchführung von IFS-Applications-/IFS-Cloud-Implementierungsprojekten mit Fokus auf die Finanzmodule.
• Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Kundenanforderungen in den Bereichen Finanzbuchhaltung, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Kostenrechnung und deren Abbildung in den IFS-Prozessketten.
• Analyse von Vorfällen und Fehlern in den Finanzmodulen der ERP-Software des Kunden.
• Fachspezifische Parametrierung des Systems, insbesondere in den Bereichen Hauptbuch, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement sowie Finanzberichterstattung.
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Systemanwender im Finanzbereich.
• Erstellung von prozessorientierten Dokumentationen und End-to-End-Testszenarien für Finanzprozesse.
• Endbenutzer-Support und strategische Beratung hinsichtlich Best-Practice-Lösungen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
• Teilnahme an Entwicklungsprojekten und Tests neuer Finanzfunktionalitäten sowie Bereitstellung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Kundenservice.

Von unseren Kandidaten erwarten wir:

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung oder Betreuung von Finanzmodulen in ERP-Systemen wie IFS Applications, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS oder proALPHA.

• Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in den Bereichen:

• Finanzbuchhaltung,

• Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung,

• Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen,

• Anlagenbuchhaltung (Fixed Assets),

• Kostenrechnung und Kostenstellenmanagement,

• Finanzberichte und Abschlüsse.

• Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Bereitschaft zu Reisen im Rahmen der Projektbetreuung.

• Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in komplexe Kundenanforderungen einzuarbeiten.

• Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz und eine ausgeprägte Orientierung an Kundenbedürfnissen.

• Sicherer Umgang mit benutzerdefinierten Objekten (Custom Objects) in IFS sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in PL/SQL.
