The Sales Account Manager will join the Global Business team to ensure the business growth of infodas in the area of EU/NATO and international organizations. To this end, the Sales Account Manager will take on the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Management of existing customers in international organizations (NATO/NATO Agencies, EU and EU Agencies, international organizations)
- Development of current international target markets and new markets in accordance with the corporate strategy
- Support the positioning of infodas in the context of multinational programmes and initiatives, in accordance with the corporate strategy
Your Tasks
- Expansion of existing customer relationships, including direct selling, reselling, cross-selling, and the establishment of partnerships
- Preparation, negotiation, and discussion of commercial proposals for clients in the assigned accounts/regions
- Identification and management of opportunities for participation in relevant cooperation initiatives, in coordination with Business Development (e.g. European Defence Fund, EU, EDA, ESA, NATO calls)
- Acquisition of new customers and development of new market areas, in line with the corporate sales strategy
- Acquisition and management of cooperation partners to expand the product/service portfolio of infodas
- Customer relationship management
- Participation in trade fairs, workshops, conferences, and relevant events
- Regular reporting on opportunities under his/her direct responsibility (through CRM/ERP) to ensure the accurate maintenance of the sales pipeline
- Support for the Head of Global Business in the definition, reporting, and implementation of strategies, policies, and business cases
- Support for the optimization, tuning, and continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree or comparable professional training, preferably in a technical field/ICT
- At least 3 years of experience working with international organizations or on international cooperation projects
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of defence and public security
- Understanding of the structure, roles, and ways of working of the main international cooperation entities (e.g. NATO, EU, EDA). Previous experience in international military cooperation is a plus.
- Understanding of international procurement methods, such as public tenders, RFIs/RFPs, etc.
- Knowledge of typical sales account and pipeline management activities
- Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset
- Continuous willingness to learn and undertake further training
- Good command of written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Willingness to travel worldwide for business (up to 50%)
