PROJECT
Join a newly formed engineering team focused on delivering a Proof of Concept for an open-source workload automation platform and helping evolve it into an enterprise-grade solution. This role combines platform engineering, automation, orchestration, and DevOps practices, offering the opportunity to work with modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, and Airflow in a global environment.
YOU WILL

Deliver a Proof of Concept for an open-source workload automation platform and support its evolution into a scalable, production-ready solution.

Build, maintain, and optimize containerized platforms and services running on Kubernetes.

Design, implement, and operate workload automation and orchestration solutions, including scheduling and data-processing workflows.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation processes.

Promote DevOps best practices focused on reliability, observability, repeatability, and security.

Collaborate with globally distributed teams and take ownership of technical outcomes.

Contribute to testing activities, including automation, integration testing, and release validation.

Support the continuous improvement of platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence.
MUST HAVE
-
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.

Hands-on experience managing and operating Kubernetes environments in production.

Experience with at least one of the following areas: Workload Automation, Kafka, Apache Airflow.

Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, Java, or similar technologies.

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipeline s.

Strong communication skills and experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations.

Solid understanding of testing practices, including automation, integration testing, and quality-focused delivery.
NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.

Experience transforming Proofs of Concept into production-grade solutions.

Knowledge of platform scaling, automation, monitoring, and security hardening.

Familiarity with observability and operational monitoring practices.
