Designation: Production Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Preferred Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Production / Industrial Engineering.
Preferred Work Experience: 2 years \+
Remuneration: ₹ 30000 \- ₹ 40000 per month
**Job Description**
· Drive and monitor day to day production activities with optimum efficiency.
· Coordinate with marketing and R\&D teams for smooth operations.
· Supervise outward \& inward dispatches and coordinate for timely deliveries.
· Make weekly, monthly and quarterly production plans and manage supply chain.
· Handling vendors for stock ordering, negotiations, quality management, and improvements.
· Ensure minimum errors and maximum quality delivery consistently.
· Team management including training new joinees.
· Suggest optimizations for overall benefit of the process, product, team, and company.
· Maintain proper documentation, and safety compliances.
· Operating ERP software for on time entries of stock movements and order dispatches.
**Required Skills**
· Experience of managing production. Experience of electronics will be a plus.
· Team management
· Planning \& execution with troubleshooting
· Knowledge of Computer with MS Office, Emails, and readiness to learn new software.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
