Infopact is a fast-growing government contractor built for a different kind of federal market — one that rewards intelligence, speed, and relentless follow-through over size and legacy relationships. We compete for work most companies our size can't touch, because we out-research, out-hustle, and out-execute. If you want a seat where your work directly decides whether we win or lose — not one small cog in a massive BD machine — Infopact is where that happens.Location Reston, VA (Hybrid)

The Role
============
Infopact is hiring a Proposal Manager to own proposal development from kickoff through submission. Our process is AI-assisted, but this role is ultimately accountable for quality, compliance, clarity, and customer focus. You will translate capture research and intelligence into effective proposal strategies and AI-supported content, manage schedules and review cycles, and ensure every submission is ready to go out the door.
Beyond full proposals, you will lead RFI and Sources Sought responses, develop white papers that help shape procurements, support marketing and capture collateral, and research emerging opportunities outside the established pipeline. This role is for someone who wants to own the proposal process and its outcome.What You'll Do
- Lead AI-assisted proposal development for every bid — from prompt strategy at kickoff through final production — ensuring every submission is customer-specific, compliant, and built to win.
- Own the proposal schedule, bid/no-bid logistics, and the Red Team and Gold Team review cycles; accountable for proposal quality at both stages.
- Own the compliance matrix and the final production / white-glove pass on every submission.
- Lead development of RFI and Sources Sought responses.
- Lead development of white papers and point papers used to shape and influence procurements.
- Research and qualify unplanned or emerging opportunities outside the established pipeline — agency background, scope, past performance candidates — for opportunities that land outside the standard pipeline.
- Support Infopact's marketing and capture collateral: capability statements, one-pagers, and website content.
- Coordinate resume pulls and light recruiting support as needed.
- Maintain Infopact's debrief archive — document and catalogue every debrief for ongoing analysis.
- Partner directly with BD/Capture professionals to translate their Proposal Preparation Packages into strong, specific AI prompts.
What You Bring
==================
Required Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills; able to manage several concurrent deadlines without dropping quality.
- Comfort using AI to accelerate proposal development while independently writing, editing, validating, and quality-controlling content..
- Curious, competitive, and hard-working — you want to own the outcome, not just a piece of it.
Preferred Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience producing marketing or capture collateral (capability statements, one-pagers, web content).
- Familiarity with GOVWIN, compliance-matrix tools, or similar.
- APMP certification, or willingness to pursue one — Infopact will support it.
