We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented \*\* Analyst\*\* to join our Operations team. This entry\-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early\-career professional who is passionate about using data and analysis to improve operational efficiency. You will support the team in analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

\- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from multiple sources
\- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
\- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations for operational metrics
\- Support day\-to\-day operations through data\-driven insights
\- Help track inventory, workflow, productivity, and cost metrics
\- Conduct basic root cause analysis for operational issues
\- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and other teams to gather requirements and feedback
\- Prepare clear reports and presentations for team leads and managers
\- Perform ad\-hoc analysis as needed

\- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field
\- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome)
\- Strong proficiency in \*\*Microsoft Excel\*\* (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas)
\- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio – any one is a plus)
\- Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn
\- Good analytical and problem\-solving skills
\- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment

\- Internship experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or analytics
\- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
\- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
\- Knowledge of Python or Google Apps Script
\- Understanding of supply chain or warehouse operations
