We are hiring a QA/QC Engineer with 5+ years of construction experience to support project quality management and site execution monitoring in Gurgaon. The role will focus on stage-wise inspections, drawing/specification compliance, workmanship assessment, defect identification, documentation, and corrective-action follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct stage-wise QA/QC inspections of construction activities and workmanship.
· Verify site execution against approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and quality requirements.
· Carry out Civil, Structural and relevant MEP quality checks as applicable to the project.
· Identify defects, non-conformities, execution gaps, and quality risks and recommend corrective actions.
· Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely closure of quality observations and snags.
· Review materials and workmanship for compliance with approved specifications and project requirements.
· Maintain inspection records, checklists, photographs, measurements, observations, and quality documentation.
· Coordinate with contractors, site teams, consultants, and project stakeholders on quality-related matters.
· Support preparation of technical reports, MIS updates, inspection reports, and quality status reports.
· Assist in testing, commissioning, pre-handover inspections, snag identification, and project readiness activities.
· Ensure project monitoring is aligned with applicable IS Codes, NBC standards, CPWD specifications, statutory guidelines, and approved QA/QC protocols.
· Support the project team in maintaining traceability, accountability, and consistent quality standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
