We are looking for a motivated HR Trainee to join our HR Department and assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and internal HR records.
- Help manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Support various HR administrative tasks and operations.
- Contribute to employer branding and HR campaigns on social platforms.
- Prepare and manage HR-related reports as required.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or internships in recruitment/operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable with on-site work from our Malad West office.
- Must be located on the Western Line of Mumbai.
- Freshers with HR internship experience may apply.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
