Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day incubation and accelerator programs.
- Coordinate mentoring sessions, workshops, and networking events.
- Build relationships with startup founders, investors, research organizations, and industry partners.
- Monitor startup progress and provide operational support.
- Develop and implement innovation initiatives to strengthen the incubator ecosystem.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes for stakeholders and funding partners.
- Support grant applications and commercialization activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote incubator programs.
