Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Data Entry Executive with 1–2 years of experience in data entry, Excel, and basic accounting. The candidate should have knowledge of cost price, selling price, and wallet tallying, along with good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, reports, and financial data.
- Manage basic accounting entries and maintain cost price and selling price records.
- Perform wallet tallying and reconcile wallet balances with transaction records.
- Verify financial transactions and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounts and daily transactions.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and operational activities.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry and basic accounting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of cost price, selling price, and profit calculations.
- Knowledge of wallet reconciliation and tallying.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and data accuracy skills.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate who is organised, accurate, and comfortable handling Excel sheets, financial records, and daily reconciliation tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
