Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Trial Balance (TB).
- Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries, and other accounting transactions accurately and on time.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accounting records are up to date.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
- Verify supplier invoices and prepare payment schedules.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation for audit and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Support finance improvement projects and perform other duties assigned by management.
Expert in construction and project finance
Work on Saturday - Halfday (alternate).
Able to report duty ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
