Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Inside Sales Engineer with experience in the Electrical & Automation industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing techno-commercial offers, coordinating with customers and vendors, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, and tender documents.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and cost estimations.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable Electrical & Automation solutions.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Production teams for offer preparation.
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for pricing and technical support.
Support marketing activities and lead generation.
Review technical specifications, SLDs, GA drawings, and BOMs.
Ensure timely response to customer queries and order processing.
Required Skills
Knowledge of LT Panels, MCC Panels, PCC Panels, PLC Panels, VFD Panels, RTU Panels, SCADA Systems, Instrumentation, and Industrial Automation.
Ability to read and understand Electrical Drawings, Control Schematics, and Technical Specifications.
Knowledge of major OEM products such as Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Delta, Phoenix Contact, Mitsubishi, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP software.
Qualification
2–5 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Automation Panel Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or Process Industries.
Experience in quotation preparation, costing, estimation, and inside sales activities.
Preferred Experience
Experience in handling industrial customers, EPC contractors, and consultants.
Experience in preparing offers for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation projects.
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, RTU, VFD, MCC, PCC, and Process Automation systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
