The opportunity to join our team

Reporting to the Senior Manager Employer Super, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a data-driven, scalable and digital-first enablement model for the Employer Super function by providing high-quality reporting, actionable insights, and effective CRM governance.

The role enables Account Directors and Account Managers to focus on strategic client engagement by reducing manual effort, improving data quality and embedding self-service reporting and automation capability. It also plays a key role in supporting the transition to a system-led, insight-driven servicing model aligned to the broader workplace transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and insights across employer engagement retention, service performance and contribution trends

Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations that support business and client outcomes

Manage and engage a diverse range of stakeholders across business, technology, operations and leadership teams, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration

Drive uplift in CRM usage across the Institutional Super, Corporate Super and CRA teams through training, guidance and monitoring, ensuring consistent and accurate data capture aligned to reporting and compliance requirements

Drive enablement initiatives through the development of reporting standards, governance practices, data quality improvements and stakeholder education.

Design and deliver self-service reporting tools for account manager, employers and advisers, enabling proactive access to insights and reducing reliance on manual reporting support

Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to improve insight generation, query resolution and reporting efficiency

Support delivery and continuous improvement of enablement tools and processes, including policy committee reporting, due diligence responses and standardised reporting templates

Develop and support employer-level insights across engagement, digital adoption and payroll/contribution behaviour to enable targeted communication and lifecycle management

Facilitate workshops, governance forums and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align priorities and drive outcomes.

Assist in evaluating the impact of change on workflows, data capture and reporting outputs, and support adoption of new tools, processes and reporting models

Contribute to continuous improvement of governance frameworks and reporting standards

Drive data integrity and CRM governance standards across Employer Super teams

What you will bring:

Extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence or enablement roles within complex environments

Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of data governance principles

The ability to interpret data and communicate insights in a clear, meaningful way

A continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying automation opportunities

Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

Experience in Superannuation, Wealth management Industry highly regarded
