Job description
Position open: Part-time Supervise, train, and support consumers in all of their daily home skills and activities. Experience preferred, but will train right candidate. Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma/GED
- Must have valid Drivers License and Auto insurance
- Have a valid Social Security number or valid work permit
- Negative results of drug testing
- Read, understand, and implement written and oral instructions
- Be able to perform required documentation and record keeping
- Successful clearance of background checks
- Part time positions.
- Experience is Not required, but it is value.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of direct care staff, ensuring high-quality resident care and adherence to care plans.
- Oversee medication administration, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and health regulation
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs
- training, supervision, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and competent team.
- Background in home & community care or assisted living operations is highly desirable; experience

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11.0 – 12.0 per week
