About the Role:
We are searching for skilled and meticulous Manual QA Testers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing and executing test scenarios to identify and report defects in our software applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products before they reach our end-users.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze software requirements and design documents to understand the application's functionality.
· Develop comprehensive test plans covering all aspects of the software, including functionality, usability, compatibility, and performance.
· Create and execute test cases based on the developed test plans.
· Conduct thorough manual testing of software features across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
· Identify, document, and reproduce software defects using bug tracking tools.
· Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of reported defects.
· Maintain clear and concise test case documentation.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Qualifications:
· 1.5 - 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Experience in designing and executing test cases using specific testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, exploratory testing)
· Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
