Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of SMT and electronic components.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic audits.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain minimum inventory, and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Handle ESD/MSD-sensitive components and ensure proper storage, traceability, and shelf-life management.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Planning teams for material availability.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and accurate ERP transactions.
- Track component consumption and generate inventory reports. Lead store operations, warehouse housekeeping, and team management.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SMT components, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in stock planning, inventory optimization, and material traceability.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel. Good leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.
Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma with experience in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), Automotive Electronics, PCB Assembly, or related industry
