We are looking for an IT QA + Co-Project Manager (Co-PM) to support software quality assurance and project coordination.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure software quality through testing and defect management. In addition, the role will support the main Project Manager in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and following up on outstanding tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review business and technical requirements to understand system functionality and expected outcomes.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT support.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs and defects until resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure software quality.
- Support testing activities during system releases and deployment.
2. Project Coordination (Co-PM)
- Assist the main Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with team members on task status, outstanding issues, and action items.
- Coordinate communication between developers, QA, business users, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Help identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and escalate them to the main Project Manager.
- Support project documentation and ensure project activities are properly tracked.
