Job Description: **Job Purpose**

ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Data \& Document Automation platform. This role is responsible for identifying customer and business needs, translating them into clear product requirements, and partnering closely with Engineering, QA, UX, and cross\-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong product execution skills with a technical mindset, enabling them to manage product backlogs, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful product outcomes in an Agile environment. This individual will play a key role in building scalable, data\-driven solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

**Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and product opportunities. * Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives and strategic goals. * Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment. * Leverage customer feedback, market insights, and operational data to inform product decisions. * Drive product delivery through Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Work closely with Engineering, QA, and UX throughout the product lifecycle to balance technical feasibility, scalability, compliance, and user requirements. * Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns. * Support go\-to\-market, client\-facing, and operational teams with product expertise when required.

**Knowledge and Experience**

* 3\+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Product Management, or related product roles. * Proven experience managing product backlogs and defining requirements in Agile/SDLC environments. * Strong experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Functional Requirements, Process Flows, and Product Documentation. * Experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver software products. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable requirements. * Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, workflow automation, or platform products.

**Preferred Knowledge and Experience**

* Experience working with APIs, integrations, JSON, XML, and data exchange workflows. * Understanding system integrations, event\-driven workflows, and business process automation. * Experience using product analytics, customer insights, and business metrics to drive decisions and measure product success. * Exposure to cloud\-based applications and enterprise platforms. * Exposure to AI/ML\-enabled products or intelligent automation solutions. * Experience with document processing, workflow automation, or data extraction platforms. * Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, financial services, fintech, or related regulated industries.
