**About the Company**
Rajat Ajmeraa Interiors is a premium residential interior design firm based in Pune, specializing in luxury homes and bespoke interiors. With **150\+ successfully completed residential projects**, we are growing our team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels. * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. * Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data. * Coordinate employee engagement activities. * Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees. * Support day\-to\-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and coordination abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
