This Software Engineer role sits within the Educator Experience domain, helping ensure IB educators can teach programmes efficiently, feel supported throughout their journey, and continually upskill through high-quality professional learning products and resources. Embedded in a cross-functional product squad, the role develops and improves innovative software solutions, applies consistent engineering practices, and supports reliable delivery across the IB's educator-facing digital ecosystem.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working alongside product management, UX, data and engineering colleagues, you will contribute to stable, scalable platforms and the continued modernisation of educator-facing systems. Your work will help strengthen in-house engineering capability, reduce technical risk, and improve the digital experience for educators and schools worldwide.
