Job Description:

ABOUT THE JOB

As Director, Social Media Strategy, you will spearhead our social media accounts, driving successful strategy implementation and expert community management, and you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media plans that meet and exceed our goals. You'll leverage your expertise as a social media expert to advise on best practices, share case studies and key learnings, and mentor junior team members, helping to build a high-performing team and supporting senior leadership in making informed decisions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Lead social media listening, reporting, competitive audits and community management.

Drive social media strategy, content development and analytics reporting.

Manage complex projects, cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Develop and implements social media best practices, protocols and agency standards.

Supervise junior team members, providing feedback, training and guidance.

Lead internal and client workshops, new business pitches and social media education.

Foster continuity of brand story across channels, ensuring engagement strategy alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

7+ years of experience managing social media brand pages.

Experience in regulated industries and cross-functional teams (preferred).

Expertise in major social media platforms and monitoring tools.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Strong research skills, creativity, attention to detail and self-motivation.
