Responsibilities: Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' proficiency in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies. Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and refine interview questions that align with the company's DevOps role requirements and standards. Provide in-depth feedback and analysis of candidate skills to hiring managers to assist in making informed hiring decisions. Keep abreast of the latest developments in DevOps technologies and practices to ensure relevant and up-to-date interviewing techniques. Requirements Strong technical background with extensive experience in DevOps environments, including automation, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Previous experience in technical interviewing, coaching, or a similar role is highly advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions clearly. Professional demeanor and ability to provide constructive, unbiased feedback.
