At Intwo we're looking for an Associate Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team.

Full\-time · Bellevue, WA

**About Intwo USA**

-------------------

Intwo USA is a Microsoft\-focused managed services provider serving clients across the West Coast and North America, with offices in Carlsbad, California and Bellevue, Washington.

We support mid\-market organizations with managed cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace technologies, endpoint management, hosted systems, and cybersecurity\-oriented services. Our clients include technology, media and telecom businesses, manufacturers, government contractors, professional services firms, and other organizations that rely on Microsoft cloud and infrastructure platforms to run their business. Some customers operate mature, cloud\-first modern environments, while others are managing legacy datacenters, colocation facilities, on\-premises infrastructure, and legacy software as they plan, modernize, and transition over time.

We are in an active period of modernization and growth. We are expanding our recurring managed services portfolio, strengthening our Seattle\-area technical team, and investing in people who can grow with us as client environments continue to evolve from traditional infrastructure to modern cloud and hybrid platforms.

**The Opportunity**

-------------------

We are looking for an **Associate Cloud Systems Engineer** to join our Seattle\-area engineering team.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who already has some hands\-on exposure to systems administration, cloud technologies, infrastructure support, or client\-facing technical work.

This is not intended to be a narrow helpdesk role, and it is not designed for someone with no technical foundation. We are looking for a passionate systems engineer with an open mindset, good troubleshooting instincts, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to independently utilize various provided resources, including AI tools, learning tools, internal and external documentation, labs, and mentorship, to accelerate their development.

The role is broad by design. You will work across cloud infrastructure, on\-premises systems, client environments, Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace technologies, endpoint management, automation, and selected internal technical initiatives. You do not need to be an expert in all of these areas today, but you should be excited by the opportunity to develop expertise across this breadth.

You will work closely with experienced engineers, support real client environments, contribute to infrastructure and cloud projects, and gradually develop the ability to own technical tasks with increasing independence.

**What You'll Do**

------------------

**Client Services \& Technical Support**

----------------------------------------

* Support client environments across cloud, hybrid, and on\-premises infrastructure.

* Assist with troubleshooting, technical escalations, and infrastructure support requests.

* Participate in client\-facing technical work, including both remote and onsite support in the greater Seattle area.

* Support endpoint management, device monitoring, patching, and proactive maintenance activities.

* Learn and use managed services tools, including RMM, PSA, monitoring, documentation, and remote management platforms.

* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, teammates, and global colleagues.

* Create and maintain client documentation, environment notes, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

**Microsoft Cloud \& Infrastructure**

-------------------------------------

* Support Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines, networking, storage, identity, access, backup, and monitoring.

* Assist with cloud migration, modernization, and optimization projects.

* Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and related infrastructure components.

* Work with virtualization platforms and hosted systems supporting client workloads.

* Help maintain and improve client and internal infrastructure reliability, security, and documentation.

* Participate in structured knowledge transfer on hosted and legacy client environments, including Microsoft Dynamics\-related platforms. **Prior Dynamics experience is not required, but a willingness to learn these environments is important.**

**Microsoft 365 \& Modern Workplace**

-------------------------------------

* Support Microsoft 365 administration, including users, groups, licensing, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.

* Assist with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD administration, including user access, MFA, conditional access, and role\-based access concepts.

* Support endpoint and device management initiatives, including Microsoft Intune and modern management practices.

* Help support Modern Workplace and security\-related initiatives as the business continues to expand these services, including VPN deployment and EDR onboarding.

* Assist with documentation and process improvement around Microsoft 365 and endpoint management operations.

**Automation, DevOps \& Infrastructure as Code**

------------------------------------------------

* Support automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives as the team expands these capabilities.

* Read, modify, and deploy simple Azure resources from templates using tools such as Terraform, Azure Bicep, or ARM templates.

* Assist with basic deployments involving resource groups, virtual networks, virtual machines, storage accounts, and role assignments.

* Use Git\-based workflows for version control, collaboration, and change tracking.

* Gain exposure to deployment pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

* Use scripting and automation where appropriate to improve repeatability, reduce manual work, and support operational consistency.

**Internal Technical Initiatives**

----------------------------------

* Contribute to internal automation, scripting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

* Assist with the assessment and modernization planning of internal applications, tools, and operational workflows.

* Bring any relevant experience with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, .NET, or other technologies to support practical engineering needs.

* Use technical curiosity, research skills, documentation, labs, certifications, and AI tools responsibly to solve problems and build knowledge.

**What We’re Looking For**

--------------------------

**Required**

------------

* Some hands\-on technical experience in systems administration, cloud administration, infrastructure support, helpdesk escalation, managed services, internship/co\-op work, lab environments, or comparable practical experience.

* Foundational understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, operating systems, and cloud concepts.

* Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or related Microsoft cloud technologies.

* Interest in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation, and client\-facing technical work.

* Experience with PowerShell, scripting, automation, or basic programming.

* Ability to troubleshoot , ask questions, research effectively, and learn on\-the\-job.

* Hands\-on exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, or virtualization environments.

* Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, or endpoint management.

* Exposure to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Azure Bicep, or ARM templates.

* Familiarity with Git\-based workflows, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or deployment pipelines.

* Exposure to virtualization platforms such as Hyper\-V, VMware, or similar technologies.

* Experience with RMM, PSA, or monitoring tools such as ConnectWise, NinjaOne, Kaseya, Datto, or similar platforms.

* Prior experience in a managed services provider, consulting, or client\-facing technical environment.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics products such as GP, NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365\.

* Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications completed or in progress.

**What Makes Someone Successful in This Role**

----------------------------------------------

The right person for this role does not need to know everything. What matters most is that you have a strong technical foundation, a systems mindset, and the motivation to grow.

You will be successful if you:

* Enjoy understanding how systems work, not just following instructions.

* Are comfortable learning across multiple technologies.

* Can troubleshoot methodically and document what you find.

* Take ownership of tasks and follow through.

* Ask for help when needed and know when to escalate.

* Communicate clearly with both technical and non\-technical audiences.

* Use available tools including, documentation, labs, trainings, AI tools, peer guidance to improve your work and accelerate your learning.

* Are excited by a role that combines cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, automation, and real client environments.

**What We Offer**

-----------------

* A real engineering role with hands\-on exposure to client environments, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and hosted systems.

* Broad technical experience across Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, automation, and legacy infrastructure.

* Mentorship from experienced engineers in a small, collaborative team.

* The opportunity to grow into more independent client\-facing and project\-based engineering responsibilities.

* A company that is actively modernizing, where your curiosity, initiative, and ownership will be noticed.

* Hybrid work flexibility, with onsite client support based on business and client needs.

* Competitive compensation aligned with experience and a clear path to growth as your skills develop.

**A Note to Candidates**

------------------------

We know this role covers a wide range of technologies, and we do not expect one person to arrive with expertise in all of them.

We are looking for someone early in their career who has already started building real technical skills and wants to grow into a stronger systems and cloud engineer. You may have gained that experience through full\-time work, internships, labs, certifications, managed services, helpdesk escalation, personal projects, or hands\-on cloud and infrastructure learning.

Some of the environments you will support are modern Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. Others include traditional Windows Server, hosted infrastructure, and legacy business systems. The ability to bridge these worlds is valuable, and we will invest in someone who is serious about developing that capability.

If you are based in the greater Seattle area, enjoy broad technical work, and want a role where you can learn quickly while making a visible contribution, we would like to hear from you.

**Equal Opportunity Employer**

------------------------------

We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
