Job Summary:
Assist the Project Manager in the implementation, administration and execution of post-work requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination skills, able to assist team on project tracking and supplier management
- Attention to detail needed for internal coordination between all stakeholders
- Organized, able to efficiently execute administrative duties: Liquidation/Reimbursement processing, Data encoding, Billing process & verification, and delivery and receiving monitoring
- Experience in Project materials inventory
- Experience in a similar role in an Advertising/Production/Events Agency
- Liaison with Finance to handle internal and external financial concerns of AMPH (ActMedia Philippines)
