This is a full-time, paid junior role for fresh civil engineering graduates and diploma holders, at our office in Hyderabad, India. Remote work, hybrid work, or working from any other city is not possible. If you live outside Hyderabad, apply only if you will relocate to Hyderabad before joining.

Invicta-Tech is a digital design and construction advisory firm specialising in BIM and technology-driven delivery for complex projects across KSA and the GCC. We work with contractors, consultants and asset owners to turn models, drawings and point clouds into measurable, client-ready deliverables aligned with ISO 19650, project EIRs and BEPs.
Our work spans BIM production (LOD 200-500), model coordination and clash management, BIM automation and asset handover, across infrastructure & landscape, airports, hospitality, giga projects, industrial and logistics facilities. Our delivery team is based in Hyderabad, India.
The role
You will join our infrastructure and utilities team as a junior Civil 3D modeller. You will start with supervised modelling and drawing tasks and move to independent work as you pass checkpoints, trained by our lead design engineer and BIM coordinators.
Terms of the role
Full-time, on-site, Hyderabad, India.
Paid role. The first 6 months are a training and probation period, with a review at month 3 and confirmation at month 6.
Salary is discussed after the interview and the practical test.
This is not a remote, part-time or contract role.
What you will do
Build Civil 3D models from survey data, drawings and markups: surfaces, alignments, profiles and grading, under supervision.
Model utility networks in Civil 3D: gravity pipe networks (storm water, sewer) and pressure networks (potable water, irrigation, fire water), and duct banks.
Produce plan and profile sheets, sections and schedules, with labels and annotations.
Draft and clean up 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
Check your work against the project standards before you hand it over, and flag missing or conflicting information early.
Learn how infrastructure models are coordinated with buildings, roads and other disciplines.
What we are looking for (must-have)
B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Final-year students who can join full-time on completion are welcome.
A completed Civil 3D course or training, with a project or exercises you can show.
AutoCAD basics.
Can read civil and infrastructure drawings (plans, profiles, sections).
Attention to detail and clear written English.
Able to work full-time, on-site in Hyderabad.
Willing to take a short practical Civil 3D test at our office.
Nice to have
A portfolio or sample drawings from your course or college project (a link or PDF).
Exposure to Infraworks, Navisworks or Revit.
Interest in drainage, water supply or road design.
