This opportunity is aimed at candidates with 1–3 years of experience in areas such as compliance, internal controls, data analysis, or related fields. Selected candidates, preferably with an academic background in Economics, Statistics, or similar disciplines, will join a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, leveraging analytical and data-driven approaches to support compliance activities, business processes, and strategic objectives. Your role: Your duties and responsibilities Monitor regulatory provisions of potential impact for products and systems offered by the Group, and, through impact analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of identified solutions for compliance with legal/regulatory requirements Provide consulting activities towards internal and external Clients, in the implementation of new products and services in the regulatory field Support the process of drafting and updating policies, procedures and company operating instructions Support in managing relations with Customers and external authorities. Your skills, experience, and qualifications required Master’s degree in economics or an equivalent degree (with honors) Good knowledge of banking processes Good knowledge of regulatory framework applicable to banking and financial institutions Strong motivation and passion for Compliance Enthusiastic and proactive attitude Drive for innovation and business evolution Excellent knowledge of the English and Italian language What we offer: Permanent employment contract Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico) Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €34,000 to €40,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications Job grade B2 Opportunity to join a leading international technology group operating in the financial services industry Exposure to senior stakeholders and Compliance activities in a dynamic and growing environment Location: Milan, Parma.
