We’re looking for a hands-on Product Design / Growth Lead — a designer, strategist, and storyteller — to drive both creative delivery and new business growth. The Role This hybrid role balances strategic pitches and business development with high-impact product design. You’ll lead high impact product design projects from a creative design perspective (50%) as as well as new business perspective - not just upselling. This person will own new business pitches, new offerings and new sales, all while crafting and executing compelling narratives, prototypes, and UI deliver measurable impact for our clients.
