This role helps expand market coverage by providing real-time trade support, monitoring of systems health and connectivity, and resolving operational issues outside of standard business hours. Trade & Operations Support provides external-facing support for client trading workflows, along with oversight of internal platforms and systems during designated off-hours shifts.
