**Job Overview**
IOTA Academy is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **Junior Data Analyst Trainer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analytics and enjoy mentoring and guiding students.
The role involves delivering practical training sessions, assisting students with projects, resolving technical queries, and helping them develop industry\-ready analytical skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver classroom and practical training on Data Analytics concepts. * Teach tools and technologies including Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Statistics. * Assist students with assignments, projects, case studies, and interview preparation. * Explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. * Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. * Create and update training materials, assignments, and assessments. * Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. * Support students throughout their learning journey and placement preparation.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. * 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or technical training. * Strong knowledge of: * Advanced Excel * SQL * Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) * Power BI * Statistics * Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts will be an added advantage. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students learn. * Good problem\-solving and analytical abilities. * Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot will be an added advantage.
**Salary**
* **Upto ₹25,000 per month** (based on knowledge, skills, and interview performance)
