**Your responsibilities:**

* Own and continuously improve the global Service Quote\-to\-Cash process across CRM and ERP systems * Define and govern global service processes, standards, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistency across all regions * Lead process design and represent Global Service in ERP harmonization and digital transformation initiatives * Drive governance of installed base and master data to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency * Partner with Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to optimize pricing, spare parts, and end\-to\-end service processes * Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * Establish change management, documentation, and training frameworks to support global process adoption
**Your profile:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field * Experience in global service operations, business process management, or transformation programs * Proven ownership of Quote\-to\-Cash processes in a service or aftermarket environment * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance \& Operations) or comparable ERP/CRM platforms * Experience leading ERP harmonization or enterprise system transformation projects * Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills * Ability to influence cross\-functional global teams without direct authority * Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
