**Your responsibilities:**

* Lead and coordinate cross\-functional technical projects in an international environment * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans * Coordinate collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders * Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing project changes effectively * Support business improvement, digitalization, and organizational change initiatives * Prepare project reports and communicate status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders * Facilitate collaboration across global teams to ensure successful project execution
**Your profile:**

* University degree in Engineering or another technical discipline * 3–5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment * Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile/Scrum * Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes and technical documentation * Ability to interpret electrical schematics, PCB diagrams, and system interconnection drawings * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar) * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills * Proactive, well\-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Fluent in English and good in German
