Job Overview
This position is responsible for the development and production of all aspects of mechanical material required within automotive service information. The role develops or updates service information based on the end user needs , client/expectations and the current product information. You will research product information and utilize various computer systems for delivery of the final product to client.

- Good customer service skills for engaging with clients and responding to feedback.
- Mechanical knowledge related to auto body repair or vehicle maintenance is a plus.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Microsoft Word,Excel,Outlook skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of automobiles a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
