1：KA Retail Attack
Break through procurement barriers at Top KA channels: Tractor Supply, Bass Pro Shops, Best Buy (12V Audio), Academy Sports
Complete vendor onboarding and secure first shelf space (End-cap)
2：Dealer Network Development

Develop and maintain mid-to-large Powersports dealers (e.g., RideNow Powersports) and top regional performance shops
Drive attach-rate selling of Soundbars and high-margin accessories at store level
3：Channel Conflict & Profit Management
Enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies
Balance interests between online (Amazon/DTC) and offline channels
4：Trade Shows & Marketing Synergy
lLead B2B recruitment at major industry shows: AIMExpo, Sand Sports Super Show, Overland Expo
Collaborate with online team on localized offline content (install, experience, shop visits)
Requirements
1：Industry Background & Experience
5+ years senior B2B experience in Powersports or 12V Automotive/Marine Audio
Deep understanding of UTV/ATV off-road culture and aftermarket modification business logic
2：Technical Aptitude
Ability to understand and articulate audio product specs (RMS, peak power, Bluetooth, waterproof ratings, fitment)
3：Soft Skills & Cultural Fit
Offensive Hunter: aggressive, efficient, scrappy, entrepreneurial
Ideally a Powersports enthusiast (rider/player)
Willing to travel frequently
Can wear work boots in the Texas desert with dealers and a suit in Bentonville for corporate negotiations
4：Bonus Points (Existing Network)
Prior experience at audio competitors: Rockford Fosgate, BOSS Audio Systems, MTX Audio, Kicker, ECOXGEAR, SSV Works
Prior experience at Powersports brands/distributors: SuperATV, Pro Armor, DragonFire Racing, Parts Unlimited, Tucker Powersports
Former P&A (Parts & Accessories) Manager or above at major dealer groups (e.g., RideNow)
