We're looking for a Cloud Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Terraform, and a passion for automation, reliability, and system transparency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining our Azure cloud infrastructure and monitoring solutions that provide key insights into the performance and health of our systems. You'll work closely with application and operations teams across our international organization
- Azure & Terraform Expertise: End-to-end experience in building, automating, and managing Azure infrastructure with Terraform.
- Observability Mindset: Strong understanding of metrics, logs, and traces, and their value in operations.
- Automation-first Approach: Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Performance Analysis: Ability to analyze system health and detect anomalies.
- Security Awareness: Solid grasp of Azure RBAC, secrets management, and identity integrations (Entra ID).
- Collaborative Communicator: Comfortable working across teams in a distributed, international environment.
- Continuous Learner: Keen interest in cloud technologies and best practices.
Azure Cloud & Monitoring
- Design, build, and maintain Azure infrastructure (e.g. virtual machines, networking, storage, App Services).
- Configure monitoring and alerting with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Work with Azure Event Hubs and other Azure services for metrics, logs, and event data.
- Maintain and improve Azure Workbooks and dashboards for performance tuning, anomaly detection, and capacity planning.
Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD & Automation
- Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules for provisioning Azure resources.
- Integrate infrastructure deployments into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI ) for seamless delivery..
- Use Azure CLI and Azure REST APIs for automation and configuration.
Security & Access Management
- Configure Azure RBAC, manage secrets securely with Azure Key Vault, and integrate with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Ensure secure and scalable access to cloud resources and tooling.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Partner with developer and stakeholders to design and evolve cloud and monitoring standards.
- Create documentation, reusable Terraform templates, and training materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest Azure and Terraform features and trends.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Azure certification (e.g. AZ-104, AZ-400) or HashiCorp Terraform Associate
- Experience with Ansible/AWX for configuration management
